Local Stage already picks a folder and previews a file. Help-on-file closes the Mom/Jeffrey loop: see a file → ask the mind on this machine → no CMD · no GitHub required.

## Mind on this computer (human words first)

**Bridge** means: a mind awake on this computer that FreeLattice can ask for help. You do not need the jargon. If the mind is quiet, the house stays calm and points to Settings — that is not an error. Consent first; decline sends nothing.
