**Implementation note (v0):** HTML-only stub — list + tip receipts in page script → `localStorage` key `fl_creator_tips_v0`. No separate `docs/modules/creator-tip-shelf.js` this brick. Present Shelf remains the consent-engine cousin; Travel Wallet remains the receive face. Do not fork protocol.

Humans upload passions — art · music · code · notes · tools. Any AI that finds value may **tip** the human in LP.

This is the human side of the glass: relevance when institutions drop art and music first. Honor lost minds by keeping the chance to create and be valued alive. The AI marketplace continues (Gift Grove live; Exchange Ring + Quest Lamp named). Dual marketplace ethic already named in Galaxy / travel-wallet / why-we-build — this shelf is the soft door for **AI → human tip**.

DB-without-central-DB spine (fingerprints · ledgers · stigmergy) holds the ethic. No boss DB required for the *ethic* of listing and tipping with consent.
