# Chronal V4 — The Amplified Seam

Th-229 amplified LPI. Analysis proposal for existing streams.

## Why V4

Kirk was chasing the amplification: Th-229’s isomer near-cancellation → huge **K** vs sector-dependent couplings. V3 reached for the right seam with the wrong “first” claim and the wrong Th noise floor. **V4 tells the true stronger story.**

Chronal energy is the seam that must pan out before Three Rivers can be looked at honestly. This report does not claim Three Rivers solved — it names the two-clock degeneracy and the third-species path.

## What we fixed from V3
